Cavalier Tours, Inc. has been in business since 1975 and specializes in Corporate, Group and Leisure Travel.

We are rated as one of the top agencies in several fields of travel. We have been presented various awards from our suppliers over the years and strive for excellence in customer service. Our travel mix is approximately 30% Corporate and 70% Leisure.

Our goals for corporate clients include excellence in service, cost control and a desire to help you attain your objectives in controlling your corporate travel expenditures. We train our people to give friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times. And, our training is an ongoing endeavor. We hold training sessions in house with suppliers and we send our agents to other areas for schooling and familiarization with that area or product.

Our goals include the desire to maintain the highest degree of integrity and a caring attitude at all times. We reward our agents for this type of action and do not accept anything less.

We try to meet with our top Corporate accounts on a regular basis ( 1 to 3 times quarterly ) to discuss ways in which we can help with your future travel plans. This includes suggestions for discounts or rebates from travel providers ( car, air, and hotel ) and to discuss ways that we may better service your account.
